A US-only store
TLovePlusSize sells and ships to addresses in the United States only, and this policy is written for US customers. It reflects applicable US federal law, including the FTC Act, the CAN-SPAM Act and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), as well as US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Your personal information is processed and stored in the United States, although some of our service providers may also process it in other countries where they operate.
Data We Collect
We collect only the personal information we need for the purposes described in this policy. We do not ask for information we do not use, and we do not keep it longer than necessary. In the last 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed below.
Your size and fit details are used only for sizing
Finding the right fit matters, especially with shapewear. If you share your measurements, body shape or fit preferences with us so we can recommend a size or arrange an exchange, we use that information only to help you with sizing and with that request. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to profile you. You never have to share measurements to shop with us; the size chart on each product page is always available.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health records, biometric data or financial account details beyond what is needed to take payment. Your payment card details are handled by our payment processors, not by us.

Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay) process your payment according to the method you choose.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx) receive your name, shipping address and, where needed, your phone number or email to deliver your order.
Track123 provides order tracking on our Track Your Order page.
Judge.me collects and displays product reviews and may email you a review request after your order arrives.
Email service providers send our order emails and, if you subscribe, our newsletter.

Anyone, in the case of your size and fit details, other than for handling your sizing request or order

Other disclosures
We may disclose personal information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, to protect our rights, our customers or the public from fraud or harm, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Retention Periods
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it securely.
Order & transaction data
Order records are kept for 7 years from the date of the transaction, so we can meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted securely.
Customer service & sizing messages
Kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and any follow-up, such as a return, exchange, refund or claim, and for up to 3 years after our last contact.
Marketing data
Kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your opt-out so we do not email you again by mistake.
Analytics & technical data
Kept in line with the retention settings of the tools that collect it. Data used for fraud checks is kept only as long as needed to protect the transaction.
Asking us to delete your data
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see sections 06 and 07). We will do so unless the law requires or allows us to keep certain records, such as order records for tax purposes. In that case we will explain why and delete the data once that obligation ends.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights below. Requests are free of charge. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this by up to a further 45 days and will let you know.

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing in the previous calendar year. We do not make such disclosures. You can still send a request to support@tloveplussize.com.
How to make a request
Email support@tloveplussize.com with the subject line “Privacy request” or call +1 631-405-5299. Tell us which right you would like to use and your state of residence, and include your full name, the email address you used with us and, if relevant, your order number. We will verify your identity using information we already hold before acting on the request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if we can verify their authority and your identity.
Rights Under Other US State Privacy Laws
A growing number of states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others, have their own consumer privacy laws. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to us, you may have some or all of the rights below.

Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@tloveplussize.com with the subject line “Privacy appeal”. We will respond in writing within the time required by your state law. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and every email we send follows the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Transactional emails
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send emails about your orders, such as order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, delivery confirmations and replies to your support requests. These are needed to fulfill your purchase.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our store is intended for adults. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
No children under 13
In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Your checkout runs on Shopify's secure infrastructure, and your card details never reach us.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical measures
HTTPS encryption across the whole site, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, secure logins for our internal systems and continuous security monitoring by Shopify.
Organizational measures
Access to personal information, including any size or fit details you share, is limited to people who need it to process orders or support customers. Our service providers are bound by data protection terms.
If something goes wrong
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by the breach notification laws of your state, including South Carolina law.
