TLovePlusSize offers plus size shapewear, including bodysuit shapers, thigh shapers, front-hook shapers and firm sculpt bodysuits, along with lingerie sets, lace bralettes, bras and corsets, through our website tloveplussize.com. We sell to customers in the United States only. The website and all sales are operated by SBV Business, LLC, which acts as the seller for every order.

Age and location requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order on tloveplussize.com. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you provide are accurate.

Product note
Our shapewear is a garment for appearance and comfort. It is not a medical device or a compression-therapy product.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for post-surgical, maternity or medical compression garments. If you have a medical need, a health condition, or you are recovering from surgery or pregnancy, please consult your doctor before wearing shapewear. Stop wearing any garment that causes pain, numbness, breathing difficulty or skin irritation.
Finding your size
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Shapewear should feel snug but never painful. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will help you choose. Size exchanges are available under our Returns & Refunds policy.
No promised results
Shapewear smooths and shapes while you wear it. We do not promise weight loss, permanent changes to your body or any specific result, and the effect varies from person to person. Follow the care instructions on the label to help your garments last.
Product information: we do our best to keep descriptions and images accurate. Product images may differ slightly in color or texture from the item you receive, depending on your screen settings and the lighting in which the photos were taken. Tip: try shapewear and lingerie on over your own underwear so it stays returnable.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD)
If you use a card issued outside the US, your bank may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fees
Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend
We may change prices for future orders; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order
Order process
A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email, not when you add an item to your cart.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock error or a pricing error. If this happens after payment, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is charged when you place your order. If a payment is declined, your order is not processed until payment succeeds. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other wallets shown at checkout. Billing details must match the cardholder, and we may hold or cancel orders that look suspicious or ask you to verify your details. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 2 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Email support@tloveplussize.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, our returns process applies instead.
Payment problems, chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or a dispute with PayPal. Most issues are resolved quickly once we have your order number.
Shipping & Returns

We ship to US addresses only, with USPS, UPS and FedEx; we do not ship internationally
Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend
Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are processed in 1–2 business days, then shipping takes 7–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Tracking number and link emailed once your order ships; you can also use our Track Your Order page
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address
Returns & refunds
30 days to return from the date of delivery
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached
Contact us first for authorization; return shipping is paid by you unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong, and there is no restocking fee
Damaged, defective or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days; size exchanges are also available
Lost or missing parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check your address, look around your property, ask neighbors or household members and contact the carrier, then reach out to us. If a parcel is officially declared lost, you can choose a reshipment or a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on tloveplussize.com belongs to SBV Business, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The TLovePlusSize name, logo and website content are owned by SBV Business, LLC or its licensors.
This includes text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, logos, icons and software. Nothing on this website gives you any right to use that content beyond the limited personal license described above. Using it without permission may breach copyright, trademark and other laws.
Breaking these restrictions may lead to immediate loss of access to the website and may expose you to legal claims. We reserve the right to use all remedies available to us.

Consumers in every US state: nothing in this section excludes or restricts the consumer protection rights you have under federal law, such as the FTC Act, or under the law of your state of residence, including rights regarding faulty goods and your personal data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBV Business, LLC and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, agents and licensors against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your access to or use of the website; (b) your breach of these Terms of Service; (c) your breach of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the website, such as reviews.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
SBV Business, LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company. These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
